[Around the Web] Lace Inspiration

Today, I snuck onto Alisha, one of my close friends pinterest board [Lace, Lace, Lace] for a little Around the Web inspiration. I LOVE lace for weddings so I hope you enjoy these inspiring photographs! My favorite element is Alisha’s Save the Date idea. Alisha is a very crafty person herself and uses scrabble letters on photo frames so I think it fits her perfectly!

[Inspiration Board] A Classy Fall Orange

Well, it’s fall. The weather has finally turned from summer to fall in Wisconsin and so I’m continuing to share fall wedding inspiration. Tomorrow I am excited to share a “design-a-wedding” specifically designed for couples in Wisconsin — great venues, local favors… STAY TUNED! Today, however, I have a great inspiration board with a classic fall color –orange. This isn’t the typically “fall leaves” orange palette though. It’s a punch of color contrasted with stark white. It makes such an beautiful impact! Enjoy! [All Photos Source]

Have a wonderful Monday!

[Inspiration Board] Fall Wedding Bouquets

Good morning! As promised, a little inspiration to planning fall weddings. This fall, hydrangeas and chrysanthemums are in! Here are a few inspiring ways to incorporate them into your wedding!

Hydrangeas

Not my favorite flower for weddings, but it can be elegant. Sometimes brides will opt to add different flowers into their arrangement, but, in my opinion, hydrangeas look best standing alone. They come in many colors, but the classic white and light green are my favorites for weddings.

Chrysanthemum

This flower comes in so many shapes, sizes and colors, so it gives brides a lot of options. Try mixing and matching different varieties in bouquets for an exciting and unexpected twist!

Other ways to incorporate hydrangeas and chrysanthemums:

Cakes

Centerpieces

Invitations

Other Accessories

Stay tuned for a fun engagement on the basketball court tomorrow!
