Saying Goodbye…

Man, this is a tough post…. this was my first blog, started on Blogger and moved to WordPress when I went into full time wedding blogging…. Well, it seems that life has caught up with me and publishing has not been a priority. I’ve been reluctant to blog once every two weeks… Which is unfair to my readers. I am a part of the TWIPS community and I, unfortunately, have not been able to keep up with the group’s requirements for vendors. I’m so sad!

I will be continuing with my other blog: [Confessions of a Wisconsin Housewife] and will be adding wedding elements every now and then to the blog.

It’s been a great ride and the blog will continue to run for one week.

Today, I snuck onto Alisha, one of my close friends pinterest board [Lace, Lace, Lace] for a little Around the Web inspiration. I LOVE lace for weddings so I hope you enjoy these inspiring photographs! My favorite element is Alisha’s Save the Date idea. Alisha is a very crafty person herself and uses scrabble letters on photo frames so I think it fits her perfectly!

The Lover Cocktail

Made with Limoncello, vodka and Cointreau mixed with Grenadine and Prosecco and topped with a cherry.

A Rainbow of Love Cocktail

Made with dry gin and Cointreau, mixed with tropical juices and Prosecco and topped with a strawberry.

The Romance Caribeno Cocktail

Made with Malibu rum and Cointreau, mixed with lemon & lime juices and lemon-lime soda, a dash of grenadine, topped with a lemon wheel.

The Romeo and Juliet Cocktail

Made with Grand Marnier, Raspberry liquor, Patron silver tequila, mixed with peach juice, topped with cherries  and an orange wedge.
